10 Minute Workouts with No Equipment

If you’re a busy person with limited time to work out, it may not seem like it’s worth it. But, there are plenty of short, no equipment workouts you can do quickly without interrupting your entire day.

10 Minute Workouts with No Equipment

Here are a few of our favorite ten minute no equipment workouts for busy people, business owners, or CEOs. Try them out!


Workout 1: 2-3 rounds total, no rest in between rounds!)

Alternating Forward Lunges (Stationary Lunges), to fatigue (fatigue = when your form start to break down)

Push Ups, to fatigue

Prone Pullback, to fatigue

Single Leg Toe Touch, to fatigue (per side)


Workout 2: 10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

20 Bodyweight Squats

10 Push Ups

5 Burpees


Workout 3: Rest 30 seconds, and then repeat one more time!

Jump Lunges

Tuck Ups

Froggers

Triceps Push Ups

Modified Trap 3 Raises


Workout 4:  30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest – repeat each exercise 3 times before moving on

Prisoner Jump Squats

Bench/Box Dips

Reverse Lunge to Step Ups
