Our nutrition coaching provides the highest level of support you can receive from your Certified Nutrition Coach or Registered Dietitian.

With a customized plan, macro nutrient goals and adjustments, weekly zoom calls, and more, you’ll have full accountability and support.

NUTRITION INTENSIVE

$200 - ONE TIME PAYMENT

Inside this 14 day nutrition coaching experience, you will do a 7 day food recall diary and then receive a nutrition strategy to get you started and moving towards your goals. On day 8, you will receive your personalized nutrition strategy and a 40 minute zoom call with our Nutrition Coach to go over the details. From there, you will have continued direct access to your coach to help you navigate the start of your nutrition plan for the remainder of the 14 days.

INITIAL CONSULTATION (30 MINUTE ZOOM CALL)

The aim of the initial consultations is to conduct a nutrition assessment of you as an individual so that all advice and action plans can be personalized to your unique needs.

7 DAY FOOD RECALL DIARY WITH DIET & LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT

Log your food and drink intake over a 7 day period. Your coach will use your 7 day food recall diary that you’ve recorded via Myfitnesspal or Chronometer to understand your current dietary intake. They will look at things such as food preferences, allergies/intolerances, timing of meals, eating habits and macronutrient/micronutrient distribution.

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION STRATEGY (40 MINUTE ZOOM CALL)

Your coach will assess your current dietary intake and eating habits. They will also complete a review of your lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress levels and exercise routine.

Based on this, your coach will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition strategy based on your goals. This will include a summary of your goals, strategies to get started, and other resources to help along the way (e.g. food diaries, guides, meal guides).

Making changes to the way you eat can seem overwhelming, so you will have continued access to your coach for another 7 days inside the coaching app.

Yes, the monthly coaching includes one weekly zoom call with your nutrition coach or Registered Dietitian. The intensive includes two calls with a Certified Nutritionist; one in the beginning and one after 7 days to review your plan.

The intensive commitment is 14 days. Monthly coaching commitments are offered in a 16 week format.

Yes, we offer free consultations with our Nutrition expert so you can both decide what it best. 

Yes. Your Nutrition Coach or Registered Dietitian is an expert in the field of nutrition, macronutrients, and more while your Fitness Coach is an expert in Exercise Science, injury prevention, movement, and Personal Training. You will get personalized attention from both of your coaches throughout the process.

Our fitness coaching is fully remote and very interactive. We utilize an app to deliver workouts and send video feedback on your form and progress after every workout. You can read more about our remote fitness coaching here.
