Barpath fitness is a woman and LGBTQ-owned fitness business. After years of working as personal trainers, we found that the fitness industry too often promoted quick fixes, inefficient workout “plans,” and harmful narratives. In 2016 we decided to build a brand that delivers exceptional training programs, coaching, and education to help people find confidence, build strength, and live longer, more fulfilling lives.
We do not promote quick fixes; we believe that consistency and habit building are the keys to sustainable fitness and we are dedicated to helping those in pursuit of longer and happier lives.
We believe that quality fitness information should be accessible to all. Our Stronger Than Your Boyfriend Podcast releases two educational episodes per week and our Fitness Blog is packed with articles, demo videos, workouts, nutrition advice, and more.
