Do I need to have access to a gym to do this program?

Yes, this program is based on full gym access. However, we do have options if you need to modify and don’t have something available. You can always ask for a replacement movement in the facebook group.

We recommend picking a weight you feel like you have 1-2 reps left in the tank at the end of the set. You want to be sure you’re working to fatigue, but not quite failure. This way, you have plenty of energy for all sets and volume.

If possible, yes! However, strength isn’t always linear so you may not see significant strength gains week to week, especially if you ovulate and you are in the luteal phase of your cycle. This totally depends on what your goal is! We do recommend, though, to use this program to try and build muscle, so this will mean eating in a slight caloric surplus. However, you are also welcome to use this program while in maintenance or a deficit.
